Role of This Website

This is a private reference site. It does not keep official jail or court files, verify someone’s custody status, authorize a release, or submit documents to a government office. Information may link to sources that are useful for locating a record, but the office that created a record remains the source that can confirm it.

The site may direct visitors to Jackson County resources and to third-party research tools. A link is provided for convenience, not as a claim that the outside source is complete, current, or endorsed. Users are responsible for deciding whether an outside service is suitable for their own lawful purpose.

Acceptable Use

You may use the site only for lawful, respectful purposes. You agree not to do any of the following.

Jackson County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide consumer reports, background checks, credit reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use information obtained here for any purpose regulated by the FCRA, including the following examples.

• A hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decision.
• Housing or tenant screening.
• A decision about creditworthiness or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program.
• Any other use covered by consumer-reporting rules.

Third-Party Resources

Links may lead to jail rosters, booking information, sheriff or corrections pages, court portals, legal-aid resources, and independent search services. Those services are not operated by Jackson County Busted Mugshots. We do not control their content, record handling, privacy practices, availability, or terms. Review the outside site’s rules before relying on it or sharing information there.

The site and its links are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the site, a linked page, or any search result will meet a particular need.
